Troy Anderson is a Pulitzer Prize-nominated investigative journalist, #1 bestselling author, and Founder and President of Inspire Literary Group. With a career spanning more than three decades in journalism, publishing, and media, Troy has helped craft and launch numerous bestselling books for pastors, military leaders, cultural influencers, and experts across a wide range of industries.
Troy is the author or coauthor of six #1 bestselling books, including The Babylon Code, Trumpocalypse, The Military Guide to Armageddon, The Military Guide to Disarming Deception, Revelation 911, and The Trump Code, released through major faith-based publishers such as FaithWords/Hachette Book Group, Chosen Books/Baker Publishing Group, Salem Books/Regnery Publishing and Charisma House/FrontLine. He has two new books coming out soon - I've Been to Heaven (Chosen Books, October 14, 2025), and Designated Disrupter (Charisma House, January 6, 2025).
Throughout his career, Troy has worked as a reporter, bureau chief, and editorial writer at the Los Angeles Daily News, The Press-Enterprise and other newspapers, executive editor of Charisma magazine and Charisma Media, and senior editor at Godspeed Magazine. He is also the former communications director and executive editor at The Return International, a global movement focused on national and world revival.
Troy leads an 18-member team of bestselling ghostwriters, collaborators, coauthors, editors, screenwriters, filmmakers, literary agents, and entertainment attorneys at the Inspire Literary Group, including professionals whose books have been published by imprints of the "Big Five" and mid-sized publishing houses. One of Inspire's ghostwriters is a New York Times bestselling ghostwriter for major Christian leaders.
Troy is also the Founder and President of the Inspire PR Agency, a public relations and marketing firm serving authors, ministries, and creative professionals.
Troy has been a frequent guest on major media, including appearances on Newsmax TV, CBN News, TBN, Daystar TV, and in The Washington Times, New York Post, The Christian Post, Charisma, Charisma News, and many others. He is also a speaker at conferences, churches, and other events across the country.
He holds a B.S. in News-Editorial Journalism and a minor in Political Science from the University of Oregon and has received over two dozen awards for his writing and editing, including multiple Eddie Awards, Charlie Awards, and a Pulitzer Prize nomination.
A member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors, the Association of Ghostwriters, Investigative Reporters & Editors, and Gotham Ghostwriters, Troy is also a graduate of the Act One and Movieguide screenwriting programs.
As a descendant of famed poet and playwright Friedrich von Schiller, Troy carries a legacy of powerful storytelling and cultural influence. His ancestor's works, including Ode to Joy (set to music by Ludwig van Beethoven in The Ninth Symphony), Maria Stuart, and Wilhelm Tell, continue to inspire generations.
